hi im 27 years old and want to take gh with winny and sus for the first time but i dont know if thats a right combination. And also how to take it e.g. i`ve heard you have to start with gh first and than after 4 weeks start taking sus and winny? pls help.

bro you need to do some research because no one is going to hand feed you here. gh needs to be run for at least 6 months or its a waste.

He would be better of starting HGH now and starting sustanon 8 - 12 weeks into HGH cycle when his IGF levels are elevated.

Starting on 2/3 IU is a good dose to start on. When it comes to increasing the dose, just go by how you feel, but users will usually increase the dose every few weeks if need be.

ED = Every day.
EOD - Every other day.

i would start with 3ius a day like you said and keep that dose for 2 weeks. if you want to up it an iu after that you can. you'll know if you should up your dose or not by the way you feel. once your fingers start swelling and your wrists go numb its time to lower the dose 1iu and stay there. personally i use around 5ius a day and have great gains off that. theres alot of people on here that are cheap and want there gh to last so they try to get away with 1iu a day but unless your 65 thats a waste in my mind. you seem to have a good plan already and you may be able to get away with using 4ius a day instead of 5. your goal is to find the lowest dose that will work for you since gh is so freaking expensive. good luck bro and dont hesitate to ask if you have anymore questions.

chest & biceps, back & triceps, forearm & shoulder, legs.
do i have to use winny ed? what about sus?
i was gonna start, as gear said, sus after 8 weeks of gh cycle has passed for 8 weeks and twice a week. and the same with winny 8 weeks before gh cycle ends. is that wrong?

To get maximum benefits from sustanon and winstrol these compounds must be used ED or EOD. If you are taking 500mg of sus per week then have a shot every Monday and Thursday.

when im doing a 4 day a week style like that i do chest and tri's together since your using your tri's anyway while benching then i do bi's and back together because most back exercises mean using your bi's

Depends what the sustanon is cocentrated at. If it's pharmaceutical grade and is 250mg/ml then you will need 2ml p/week. If its UGL (home made gear) sust it could be concentrated at various strengths (eg, 250mg, 300mg, 350mg etc).

Many HGH brands come non labeled, this is quite normal.

In all honesty bro, I think you are one of those users who are getting themselves into something they don't know much about. Don't just take gear because it apparently makes you big. If you are not educated about it you will get no gains and will only attract more harm than good. Do some research please.

If you are taking HGH for healing purposes then you can start immidietly, but if you want to take HGH for sport enhancing reasons then I suggest you train for as long as possible before use.

these are very basic questions. You say that youve done research, It doesnt look that way at all.

If i was you id start training again for afew weeks, preferably around 8 weeks after a long layoff, before you start using the steroids. This way your joints will have chance to get used to the demands of bodybuilding without the added stress of heavier weights that you could be lifting whilst on steroids.

As for the GH, start sooner.

alireza1980, you sound a little like a newbie. is this your first cycle, if so you might want to start with a single substance cycle (like test) then maybe a double (like d-bol and test) for your second. Jumping right in with a triple might be a little too much, just my 2 cents. :-)
