Winstrol a good substitue for Clen?

In countries where there are no access to clen what so ever, would winstrol (liquid form) be a good substitute when cutting?

bro you have access to clen. red banner at top right of the screen.. and no winstrol is not a sub for clen.

TOTALLY different compounds. Totally differnt uses. Clen will actually speed up fatloss where as winny does not cut you up, it will harden the muscle you have giving you a harder more tight look and that is IF you are already a lower BF%.
