    Abs on emty stomach...

Okay I'm doing my Cardio In The morning on an empty stomach. I know your not supposed to do weight train on an empty stomach, but would it be okay to do my abs circut in the morning before my Cardio?

So your saying its fine to wake up and go do weight training, such as chest and tri's first thing in the morning before you eat? I have to disagree with you. Where does the energy to lift all that weight come from?

Abs only, I would say is ok... I agree with you, and I would never train with weights on an empty stomach!!!!!

I was saying that abs is fine and yes you should have a meal before training large muscles but you have to time it. Your meal should be 45 min or and hour before training because you want blood going to your muscles not in your digestive system.....you should eat before you train but your stomach should be "empty" while you are actually training.
