i seriously doubt that it would with the exception to your stamina and endurance in the weight room
yeah thats just a givin... i am curouis if the drugs with have any effect.
thank for post bro.
I believe cigarettes also deprive your body of minerals as well as effect your nitrogen retention. Ask your doctor....Champix, works wonders.
i would really just love to quit, but cant quite do it!
Yes you can.....you just dont want to that bad. Its 90 % mental disipline and 10% chemical dependancy.
i love cigarettes, but i only smoke like one or two a month. Everything in moderation. Maybe the idea of never smoking again is what thwarts your quitting efforts.
this is true, mind over matter, a mental addiction can be just as strong as a phyical
everything in moderation...well, except JUICE![]()
I dont smoke that often anymore but when i was n AIT4the army i would dip a lot. N I failed a PT test because i was dipping the morning of cause i couldnt run. I came home4 a 2 week break4xmas, did a cycle(with tren so the cycle had nothing to do with this) and droped a lil over a minute on my run time. Now im 215lbs 12.2%bf 5'9 (flat footed) n run a 14:50min2mile.
Quit and run a bulking cycle and use it to your advantage, I guarantee you will pack on some serious mass.
you no smoking acts like an AI. yes, thats right it will inhibit the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. One positive attribute of smoking and probable the only one.
My advice, quit smoking, it's not as hard as people make it out to be. You'll be much better off w/o that cancer stick!
I have became a smoker and quit smoking several times. Everytime I quit it was for a respectable amount of time off, I would only start back if I became very stressed out (tho I would occasionaly bum off a friend when not smoking).
My secret was smoking black and milds. I would quit buying cigarettes and go as long as I could with out smoking. When I finally fiend out I would go buy a black and smoke it. I would never smoke the whole thing, prob put it out 2 or 3 times. Eventually doing this the cravings would become less and less common and I would quit. You could also try buying loose cigs from a trashy store as its much easier to not smoke another one that day if you dont have a whole pack in your pocket.
Try chantix. I quit after taking it for only two weeks!
i've heard that its harder to quit cigs than it is to quit heroine,i've been clean and sober for some time and noticed that some of my friends that are also clean just can't seem to get off of nicotine, but i also have friends that have stopped everything.i've never smoked cigs,so i can't speak on personal experience.
i quit smokeing so should you. I didnt think it affected my training only if i had 1 before it would and same with cardio(strange).
something else to consider. smoking has negative effects on cholestrol levels which some gear does as well. so you could be taking double whammy on the cholestrol.
