I believe cigarettes also deprive your body of minerals as well as effect your nitrogen retention. Ask your doctor....Champix, works wonders.

i love cigarettes, but i only smoke like one or two a month. Everything in moderation. Maybe the idea of never smoking again is what thwarts your quitting efforts.

Quit and run a bulking cycle and use it to your advantage, I guarantee you will pack on some serious mass.

you no smoking acts like an AI. yes, thats right it will inhibit the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. One positive attribute of smoking and probable the only one.

My advice, quit smoking, it's not as hard as people make it out to be. You'll be much better off w/o that cancer stick!

I have became a smoker and quit smoking several times. Everytime I quit it was for a respectable amount of time off, I would only start back if I became very stressed out (tho I would occasionaly bum off a friend when not smoking).

My secret was smoking black and milds. I would quit buying cigarettes and go as long as I could with out smoking. When I finally fiend out I would go buy a black and smoke it. I would never smoke the whole thing, prob put it out 2 or 3 times. Eventually doing this the cravings would become less and less common and I would quit. You could also try buying loose cigs from a trashy store as its much easier to not smoke another one that day if you dont have a whole pack in your pocket.

i've heard that its harder to quit cigs than it is to quit heroine,i've been clean and sober for some time and noticed that some of my friends that are also clean just can't seem to get off of nicotine, but i also have friends that have stopped everything.i've never smoked cigs,so i can't speak on personal experience.

Bollocks!.. heroin takes you after the first shot and doesnt leave you alone. You will sell your soul for a hit. Will you do that for a cigarette?

I have heard that comparison before and it's a load of crap. Another lame excuse smokers use to jusify their pathetic habit and lack of will power to quit.

something else to consider. smoking has negative effects on cholestrol levels which some gear does as well. so you could be taking double whammy on the cholestrol.
