clen and benedryl

am currently running clen on my cycle . gonna run it straight through taking benedryl every 3 weeks . questions is i went to go pick up some benedryl and there was a few kinds does it matter what benedryl i get . also how long do u guys usually run clen straight through

50mg. Diphenhydramine, doesn't matter what brand, take it for one week on the third week.

unisom sleep gels contain the active ingredient and they are pretty cheap.

edit: forgot to mention, it is 50mg per gel cap.

im on a clen cycle too, about 8 weeks in now, and though i use ketotifen at 1 mg/ed i also use benedryl every third week cause i have a high tolerance to clen, i have to take 200 mcg ed and i still dont get shakes at all, neway, i was going to tell you if you have a big lots or dollar store they sell generic benedryl for about a dollar per box of 24 25mg tabs, just a heads up to save some cash
