Hi I was diagnosed as HYPOthyroid, trying desperately to lose fat. I am on 200mcg SYNTHROID.
Is here some supplements I should BEWARE?
Or does anyone has experience what is helpfull?
I am female 135lb. I work out 6 days {3 days cardio HIIT + 5 days weights}..I put some muscle, but I have hard time cut down bit!
