    HYPOTHYROID and losing weight

    Hi I was diagnosed as HYPOthyroid, trying desperately to lose fat. I am on 200mcg SYNTHROID.
    Is here some supplements I should BEWARE?
    Or does anyone has experience what is helpfull?

    I am female 135lb. I work out 6 days {3 days cardio HIIT + 5 days weights}..I put some muscle, but I have hard time cut down bit!

    As long as your TSH is measured frequently and stays low you can ignore your hypothyroidism. The exogenous hormone you take will completely compensate if you are compliant with your medication and have frequent blood tests to monitor your TSH.
