    Question for the Vets

I have a friend (really it is not me), who had a heart attack about 6 years ago. He wants to know if there is any gear he can take that might not exacerbate or bring on another heart attack.

He is a bit overweight and wants to cut down, he is doing aerobics and high intensity work and getting his diet under control, but cannot seem to loose the fat he wants, regardless of how hard he trains.

Maybe a poor excuse but he is just trying to get some information at the moment.

    Thanks.

Ive heard so many fat girls say "Well I dont eat very much"

If he trains hard and truly has a good diet he will shed the fat. I certainly wouldnt reccomend aas for an overweight person thats already had a heart attack.

More strict diet, more cardio, less drinks, no AAS (high BP)

If he is having a hard time losing weight and currently is on a strict diet and "fitness" routine then there could be some underlying issues to get checked out. There is a possibility for thyroid problems, low test, adrenal fatigue, digestion problems, etc. In the light of the fact he has had a heart attack, well, I would advise that he find the underlying issues that he has before introducing any steroid into his body. Get the man to do some friggin bloodwork.

there is no way your friend should even consider using steroids after a heart attack. he needs to do cardio and eat healthy but any new exercise plan or diet needs to be checked with his dr first. steroids are not worth losing your life for
