    Cutting Diet Advice

    About to start cutting for summer and want to make sure my diet is in check. I'm 5'8, 200lbs, 13% Bodyfat. Any comments or suggestions about the diet are gladly welcomed. Thanks guys!

    Meal 1 - 4:00a.m.
    7 Egg whites/10oz Skim Milk
    230 Cals - 35 Pro - 1 Fat - 19 Carbs

    Meal 2 - 7:00 a.m.
    6oz Chicken Breast/2 TBSP Natty PB
    397 Cals - 47 Pro - 18 Fat - 6 Carbs

    Meal 3 - 9:30 a.m.
    6oz Chicken Breast/1oz Almonds
    357 Cals - 45 Pro - 17 Fat - 5 Carbs

    Meal 4 - 12:00 p.m.
    6oz Sirloin Steak/5oz Broccoli
    308 Cals - 47 Pro - 8 Fat - 10 Carbs

    Meal 5 - 3:00 p.m.
    2 Turkey Burgers
    320 Cals - 38 Pro - 9 Fat - 0 Carbs

    Meal 6 - 5:30 p.m.
    6oz Chicken Breast/1 Yam
    319 Cals - 40 Pro - 2 Fat - 30 Carbs

    Meal 7 - 8:00 p.m.
    Gatorade/Creatine/Banana - 30 Minutes later 2 Scoops Whey
    370 Cals - 49 Pro - 2 Fat - 40 Carbs

    1.5 TBSP Flax Oil/1 Scoop Casien Protien

    Looks solid!!!!!! I would change the skim milk for breakfast and replace it with some oatmeal or yams. I love yams and egg whites!!!!! Some people get that puffy look with milk, you are cutting so keep that in mind, but I think it depends on the person. Best of luck, and it looks like you are on the right track!!! BTW is your cardio in check??...later

    I second the replacing the skim milk with 1/2 cup of oats...much better for a cut.

    I do low intensity cardio for 45 minutes in the a.m. on an empty stomach 3 - 4 times a week. Thanks for the suggestions guys. I will eliminate the milk and add the oats to breakfast. Other then that anything else that could be improved?

    I too much protein not enough carbs... IMO... Unless your carb cycling that is...

    I'm not currently carb cycling. How many carbs daily would you recommend soul? I can easily add them to the PWO meal or pre-workout meal.

    This diet with the oats is fine. Try it for 3 weeks and adjust carbs if needed. I don't think 100 would hurt.
