    Need help please

    Hi guys

    I'm currently on this cycle

    1-4 Dbol 30 mg/wk
    1-10 Test E 400 mg/wk

I gained massive strenght the first weeks but got rotator cuff in both shoulders and i have not been able to train last 2 weeks because of it . Now I'm finishing week 5. Should i come off and give it another try in the summer or keep going?

    What do you think?
    Need opinions please

    Thanks

Can you come back to train now?
If you have dieted correctly even if injuried you can go on and restart training (if you can)

if you can continue lifting now then i would stay on but if you cant then you may as well stop wasting the gear and come off. how did you hurt both shoulders at the same time?

    Thanks for your replay ..

I can't lift heavy because of pain .. I don't see any point in jucing if i can't train with intensity. Maybe should I give it few more days. I'm getting better but i always have pain in my shoulders at some point.

From doing front dumbbell raise... first right shoulder and few days later found pain in the other one. My doc said it was rotator cuff and i should take few days rest and then lower my weight and stretch alot. I'm better but always at some point i find pain .. so i should maybe give it more time before considering coming off. I just get the feeling i'm wasting my gear.

Seems to me that your muscles have outpaced everything elese. go a little lighter and make sure your lifting properly (grip ect) maybe an anti inflamitory and some ice. work all of your muscles around your problem areas and you should get some relief
