    Novice cycle for joint support

Hi guys, this will be my first cycle. Im 21, 5'5, currently 150lbs @ 4% BF (calipered so we all know what that means). My BF is due primarily to good diet and genetics for I hardly do cardio, but I do keep a faster pass lift. I lift hard and vary from moderate to heavy weights with reps ranging from 8 - 15( these are one or two sets only with such high reps, burn outs at the end of the lift). I recently got an MRI back and yep you guessed it, torn labrum. The doctors are very optimistic about this tear saying its very small and easily repairable but I will be down for about a month doing rehab after (I've always bounced back from injuries very quickly, but I do releasize the severity of surgery, so I will give ample recovery time).I want to run a bulking/joint support cycle after rehab consisting of: Deca 200-400mg 10 weeks and Test @ 300-500mg for 12 weeks. Im going to follow up with a PCT and keep Nova on hand incase that gyno comes. HCG and clomid for PCT. This will be my first cycle. Anyone have suggestions on gear and or dosing that would help coincide with healing/support a recently injured shoulder? Thoughts on HGH to help with the healing as well (I know thats alot of gear for a novice cycle but my primary concern is the joint).

A lot of people speak to the fact thay many oral androgens such as dbol and adrol store fluid in the joints thus helping "lube" them up thus taking less pressure on the joint itself. If you wanted to add a smaller dose (20-30mg) of dbol for the first couple of weeks on your cycle then the extra storage of water in the joint could go a long way to making your joint feel comfortable under higher amts of weight.

Cycle seems ok. PCT too, but don't take nolva in case of gyno, because in stack with deca (19-nor) it could aggravate the situation, so keep an AI like arimidex instead of tamox. If you're not going to kickstart with an oral such Dbol, so I'd suggest to frontload your deca.

Pct needs work. If you want to run hcg for pct, you will need to run nolva with it to counter hcg's suppressive nature. As chuck said, do not run nolve while on a cycle with a 19-nor.
While deca is known to reduce joint pain, it has no restorative properties that I'm aware of. I would not run a cycle after major shoulder surgery for a long time. Give your body time to heal itself.

Ya i thought about front loading with dbol but thought for a first cycle it could be too much. And yes, my primary concern is my shoulder so I will definately wait till it is fully healed. Any thoughts on the HGH? and thanks for the heads up on Nova with 19nors . Also, this is kind of a short cycle from some I've seen, this use of PCT too much? Should I go to proviron?
