my favourite oblique exercise is on the hyper extension. i get onto it side ways and lower all the way down and raise so body parrelal with floor.
You can not spot reduct fatty areas, the only way to do it is diet and cardio. Doing oblique exercises will only strengthen them, they will not reduce the fat in that area.
Best exercise for love handles is cardio. I am working on a top secret spot reduction supplement though so I will keep ya posted. hehe.
do abs ed, but diet and cardio ar key to loosing overall bf and typically in men they are the last to go, so it may take awhile if you are still in the 2 digit %. It is worth it tho, cause afterwards, you dont have to kill yourself as much.

This dosent work the obliques this exercise works the lower back. The primary job of the obliques is Trunk Flexion. The secondary job is Trunk Rotation. If you want to do an "Oblique Crunch" using a hyper bench you need to shift your hips slightly so that part of your butt cheek is on the bench. From there bend down and slightly back getting a full stretch along the obliques. Finally crunch upward with a slight twist, use your finger tips to feel your obliques contracting. i had recently read in a magazine that if you go on a low carb diet it can potentially cut out fat from your chest and stomach area quicker..i dont know..just read it
