    i've talked with you guys numerous times via posts or pms and you guys always gave good responses and answers
    powerlifterjay and i have known each other and trained with each other for years,hes one of my best friends and a great source for powerlifting answers. and to think i used to know more and be bigger than him--wow--

    Big Al, I hope you hang around Bro. I understand if you are too busy but you will be missed by all. Hopefully Dane and IG will return one day as well. If not its been a pleasure knowing all three of you even if its just over the internet.
