i do but i am training in the DC style....i dont see why it would be a problem

i'm a big fan of rack pulls ,and a deadlift fantic alltogther
that rotation works great.
I am going to start incorporating the Rack Pull in my back routine next week for sure. I cant believe I havent been doing these. Now should I substitute the rack pull for the deadlift or do them both???
I never do rack pulls.....from the floor for me. just feel it makes me stronger with better all around developement.
Seems like the rotation would be beneficial, as you would see increases in stregnth from rack to dead.
