Arimidex .5 ed during entire cycle (effect gains?)

I was wondering if I should take .5 mg ED of arimidex during my cycle for certain side effects. Im taking 500 week of sust and 400 week of deca for 10 weeks, i heard it was bad to do this because it will effect the gains, and i heard others say to use it as a PCT afterwards, need some help on what to do. thanks

Take it if ya gyno prone.. but start at lower dose and work ya way up...

damnit shifty you beat me to it. I used that article my first cycle and got great gains. Never needed a-dex. Merc is the man when it comes to these articles
