I am currently looking to start a second cycle, though for all intented purposes, it could be
seen as my first cycle as my previous cycle was a couple of years ago, and due to not having a
proper PCT plan in place, lost most/all of the gains.
So, a couple of years have passed, have been on a strict diet for the last 8 weeks and looking
to start a cycle where I can shed a little bit of body fat and gain some lean muscle mass.
Some stats :
Age : 27
Weight : 175 lbs
B/F : 13 %
From doing some research and reading through alot of newbie posts, the general consensus seems
to be that I need to keep it simple for the few first cycles (e.g. not alot of stacking, etc). So,
I BB friend of mine suggested that I start of with Test Prop. It reduces bloating and adds muscle,
which I find appealing.
From what I have read the recommended dosage for Test Prop for me should be round 400 - 500mg/week.
Since it seems that Test Prop thrives on being regular injected, I would assume that I would
have to inject every day (mon - fri), between 80 mg - 100 mg per day.
I don't know if it really necessary to run nolva throughout the whole cycle, but I would rather
want to err on the caution side to avoid gyno.
Week 1 - 12 : Test Prop
Week 1 - 12 : Nolva (20 mg)
PCT
Day 1 : 300 mg clomid or 20 mg novla
Day 2 - 30 : 100 mg clomid or 20 mg nolva
Day 31 - 37 : 20 mg novla
So my question is, does this seem like a sensible approach to what I am trying to accomplish?
