watsup guys i'm on my 6th week of my deca 400mgs/week and sust 500mgs/week cycle for 10 weeks.It was originally a bulking cycle but now that i'm up 15-20 pounds i want to cut down and get ripped now since i'm going to florida in 5 weeks. i gained alot of muscle but also fat i started cutting on monday i've been doing 20-25 mins of pretty high intense cardio everyday and abs every other day. I need help asap from you guys on how to get ripped before i go to florida i will do anything just tell me what i have to do and i'll do it.
STATS:
weight-180
hight-5'8
BF%-about 14% wanna get down to 11 or 10% in 5 weeks
DIET:
6:45am- 2 egg whites, 2 scoops of whey protein
7:45am- 1 packet of oatmeal
9:00am- snack bar
12:00pm-8ozturkey sandwitch on whole wheat
2:00pm- another fruit bar
5:30pm- 8oz chicken breast
MY DIET IS HORRABLE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO WITH MY DIET TO GET RIPPED FAST PLEASE!!!!
