so i have had my diet right for about 3 weeks now... i know that is not a long time at all but its a start.... I am basically here to find a good workout for me, now that i am eating right i and getting better workout habits i would like to know what would be the best type of workout schedule, exercises would be good for me to get maximum results in fat loss......should i lift light weights or heavy since my main priority is losing weight... im really lost here
i am 18 but still in high school so that kinda gets in the way,,,, i have to work around it...
any advice guys please help-----
