    What time of day to take Nolva?

    What Time would be the best to take Nolva? does it have any serious side efects ?

    Check the PCT Forum for detailed info- So far as I know the time of day is not as important as consistency in the time you chose...

    exactly 8:26 pm. if ur not on time a third hand can grow outta ur back. i've seen it before.. na but seriously, it doesnt matter when u take it

    Its half life is about 5-7 days so it really doesn't matter when you take it, but before bed woudl be best because that's when the most test production happens.
