    God I hate dieting

Maybe it's just a mental thing but I always do horrible on diets. I'm an aspiring MMA fighter who is done fighting heavy weight. Looking to drop from 235 to 215 (Til football season is over) than 205 or 190.
Can someone please give me soemthing easy to follow without a whole lot of thinking. Cutting carbs will be hard cause of the intense training and I'm also a Fire fighter who'll need the energy to perform. Anyhow someone please please help me out. Thanks in advance for everything guys.

I'm no diet expert, but I know it would help to see all your stats and what your current diet is, with macros.

The Zone diet book might work for you. It's all about clean protein, non processed carbs, EFA's and macros. Very simple and logical, easy read.

^^Yep... Easy enough to read and construct.

All it takes is patience to put the pieces together.

I hate dieting to, for me though cutting carbs is the easiest way to stay on a diet. You just have to time your carbs and what type you get precisely and you will be fine.

then you are dieting incorrectly. yes, you may be hungry at times, but find foods you enjoy, and cycle your carbs so you eat them when you need them. if i don't have carbs in the morning, i am groggy all day. trial and error my friend. just remember, that its all about being better... and looking better.
