    Cardio Input

    Hey guys! Wanted a little input from your cardio workout. I just finished a cycle of test e and tren a. So that kinda killed my cardio, but I run 15-20 min 3 times a week. My goal is to loose some bf with minimal loss of mass. I know diet plays a huge role in this so I have been devoting a lot of time to that as well.

    do 30 min a day, eat right.

    LOL have to work my way back up there! That trenn really kicked my ass in the cardio world. Stuff was amazing though!

    I'm with you there, I'm on tren right now and I get winded walking up a flight of stairs.

    LOL, my girl was makin fun of me when I would go running with her! I used to kick her ass, but now she smokes me! Its worth the trade off though.
