did a npc show 2 years ago, had shoulder surgery June of 07, and am very ancious to get back to the gym. so I decided to get a little help.
Does dbol make you retane a lot of water? Should I be very conservative since coming of of an injury?
hhmm.. if this is your first cycle, you'll have great results with just 500mg test and 40 mg dbol, first 4 weeks go dbol and test, then drop the dbol and go the last 6 with test, any idea for a pct?
that maybe true if the type of shoulder injury has something to do with his joint, then the extra water that he would retain would lubricate, but this is his first cycle, regardless of his age, and weight, test with a kickstart of dbol is a great first cycle and to be honest i think he would see the same results on his first cycle of just test and dbol as he would with deca added in, why not save the deca and stack it with the test the second time around for even better results.
Does the cyp. and deca contradict eachothers purpose if I want to get ripped and big.

Dose and duration is too long - too much gear... and for 15 weeks? You need to prime yourself for the cycle, then hit it hard without stacking hormones... duration should not go on and on for 15 weeks... you don't know even know how well you'll recover from 8-10 weeks... walk, then run. Simply use testosterone only as your initiation into what it is to train with elevated androgen levels. Prepare your body for this new venture, then hit the nitrous... ride the cycle until gains start to fizzle out (keep a training log), and then cut it off and recover...
Honestly, I can't believe you thought a three-compound stack was reasonable for a first-time user... as well as a duration of 15 weeks. It's a first cycle... what would your third, fourth and fifth look like? Slow down... your biggest progression tool is, and always will be, an accurate training log... everything you do is to support that log reflecting you beating through previous fitness thresholds of power and strength. You must always remain mindful of a risk-to-reward ratio when you look into using various ergogenics... you want big rewards, with little risks... you do not big rewards with big risks.
At your height and weight, I would go for 250mg of TE every 3 days... for ~583mg/wk. This will give you plenty of androgen to build muscle without causing a major impact on your health. LDL might rise, liver enzymes may elevate a little (due to the heavy progressive training; the gear it's self is not hepatoxic) - blood chemistry will change but nothing significant for an otherwise healthy adult male. When you start stacking compounds and using 17A-alkylated orals, the risks change. Risks you don't need to take unless you are a shredded 242 already holding a lot of muscle mass with greater subsequent androgen receptor availability ...
If you are holding too much body fat, you must carve some of that off first - to make the experience more rewarding and comfortable. High body fat increases the risk of gaining more fat than muscle during periods of over eating - due to an ineffecient metabolism. Also, it predisposes you to accumulate more estrogen while on. Never start a cycle at over 12 percent body fat... under 10 is preferred. Lose as much fat as you can without losing strength... genetic dispositions will determine that threshold.
Also, if you have sore joints and known injuries, you should resolve those issues before taking any AAS. You should be in good condition prior to embarking on a heavily progressive strength- and muscle-building routine... especially one supported by AAS use. If you are beating your shoulders to a pulp with bad mechanics and form, the gear is only going to help aggravate these injuries, as you gain strength. Some gear can mask major problems... this is not a good thing - it's like taking a shot of morphine so you can keep beating your toe with a hammer.
If you can, some blood work beforehand will give you an idea of any current health concerns before you started using - such as liver enzymes, lipids and endogenous hormone levels.
That's just my .02... good luck with whatever you do... hope this helps...
since its your first and your already a big guy with experiance i would run the test at between 500-625 a week and kickstart it with 30-40mgs of d-bol. i would run the d-bol for 5 weeks and the test for 11-12. save the deca for your next cycle. now you also confused me and said you wanted to get ripped and if thats the case then you dont want test/deca/d-bol because thats strictly bulker. maybe do a little more research in the profile page and see whats best for you

Also, I have already taken three injections and the 20mg of dbol since last monday. If I cut back will this in turn drastically affect me? Again, Thank you very much guys.
info. tip for everybody. I love NO2, but my buddy just found out from his cardiologist that the this compound has significantly affeted his heart over a period of time. If you use then go on the low dose side.
