I am training 5 days a week. currently running GH @ 4 ius 5 on 2 off. 2 ius first thing in the AM & 2 ius early afternoon. getting ready to run RedBarons GH/Slin/IGF/T4 w/ MGF & Test E, Tren E, & EQ.
My question is - Is it better to run the IGF on non workout days or can I do the 5 on / 2 off with it as well?
