A couple of weeks ago I drank a lot of alcohol at the club...and I ended up losing 12lbs in 6 days. I still havent gotten to my normal weight.
I was wondering...where is all the weight loss coming from? Are you just losing water retention from the dehydration?
If so...would it be possible to add a little d-bol to my cycle to get the weight/water retention back to normal?
