ok don't laugh i'm starting my transformation i'm 300lbs 6.1" 42" waist i've started 2 weeks ago @ 312lb and i'm doing ok but i would like to know exactly how i should base my diet i started a cycle of winstrol 50 mg and go to the gym 5 days a week. walk/ jog 1.5 miles and do high reps with all my sets to help cut up and trim me up. i really want to do this and i know diet is like the most important step involved so any suggestions would be great my goal is to cut up since i'm already bulked up.
