pain in delt 4 days after shot

hey guys,

i took a shot of test E in my right delt so had to do the shot with my left hand (im right handed)

i did everything cleanly, sterilised etc with alcohol wipes, and the shot went ok except one thing.

because I had to do it with my left hand, the needle moved about quite a lot but i didnt bleed much. since then my shoulder has felt rly sore, quite sensative but it isnt swollen, red or any warmer than my other delt

is it just sore because i moved the pin a bit or could it be something more sinister??

It could be an inner hematoma, it happened to me time ago. You shouldn't be worried IMO, if you don't notice any infection signs, as you manetioned. Just wait a few weeks before hitting that shoulder again.

I have the same issue w/my delts and it alwayz goes away...sumtimes i have the pain for up to 5or6 days...Im sure ur all good

Yeah id say its just weith you using your left hand. If your shaking it a little this can cause it to be a bit painful after the shot. Nothing to worry about mate. Just keep massaging the spot helps for me.
