    My Cutting Diet

    Hello,I'm new here and reason because I reg here is the competend people here in the sphere of bodybuilding.So I'm 18 years old and I'm have been training for 1 year seriously,I'm 190sm,105kg,and my diet is:

    Meal 1 -2 scoops whey+100gr oats

    Meal 2-200gr chiken breast

    Meal 3 (PWO)-2scoops whey

    Meal 4 (PPWO)-2scoops whey+60gr raisins

    Meal 5 - 200gr chiken breast

    Meal 6 - 200gr chiken breast

    Meal 7 - 200gr chiken breast

    You could do that..... but dont forget the veggies... the green ones.... and dont be afraid of carbs they are your friend...... the diet you outlined before would have been somewhat ok if it was your low carb day on a cycle diet.... also add PB or flax oil or something with ***** 3's and ***** 6's

    You can't eat only chicken and whey!!! Simple...
    Add some tuna, beef, skim milk, cottage, rice, potatoes, with whole bread, fish, turkey.

    Yes you can and if hes cutting then white potatoes, whole bread, beef and milk is all garbage...

    And on a side note not all fish is good as highly fattey fish need to be calculated into your macros properly as would beef...

    That was only a list of other healthy food to eat on his choice. Not saying that he has to eat all those foods!!

    thanks for answers,so first 3 weeks after 3 low carb days I will load with 300gr brown rice and 300gr potatos,and after each 3 weaks the low days will grow up with 1,while they become 6 and 1 high carb day,and I will add vegetables,and I will try to add some red meat.Sorry for the english

    soulstealer is dead on. You need some healthy fats! I would say no more than 50grams total fat for the day.
