Hello,I'm new here and reason because I reg here is the competend people here in the sphere of bodybuilding.So I'm 18 years old and I'm have been training for 1 year seriously,I'm 190sm,105kg,and my diet is:
Meal 1 -2 scoops whey+100gr oats
Meal 2-200gr chiken breast
Meal 3 (PWO)-2scoops whey
Meal 4 (PPWO)-2scoops whey+60gr raisins
Meal 5 - 200gr chiken breast
Meal 6 - 200gr chiken breast
Meal 7 - 200gr chiken breast
