    How much muscle should I expect to lose?

    I started a circuit style training this week with my ECA stack and only 1000cals a day. I am trying to lose 20lbs+ before my may 5 vacation. Its hard for me to build muscle and have been bulking for the past 7 months. How bad is this going to hurt me do you think?

    Yeah its a real brainbuster... Im wondering is this going to deplete a ton of muscle or if will I be able to keep quite a bit by working out every muscle high reps and low cals.

    1000 kcals isn't even enough for the average chick.

    You're just going to lose muscle and be the skinny fat guy at the beach. Good luck.

    Dude, drop your calories by 300-500 below your maintenance level. Otherwise, as others have said you're going to lose lots of muscle. 1000 calories a day is way to low unless you weigh like 110.
