Hey Guys,
Please forgive me if you've seen these newbie questions before. I am Melbourne based (happy to buy you a coffee to bend your ear).
How do I know what is best to use? I am sick of being at the point where I feel like I've hit the wall. What product should I look at? (Is this question allowed?) I've read the descriptions, however it doesn't say...you should use this for this type of target group.
I am not keen on unrelaible stuff, ideally a Dr's recommendation would be great, but I guess they'd just give me the lecture about "it being bad"... Not looking for a source, just advice, and don't want the standard "consult your doctor crap!"
I am more into fitness, football, cross training, wieghts work is increasing now, thus I am completely new.
