    Lightbulb Cialis & Phosphodiesterase Receptors?

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phospho...rase_inhibitor
So I'm reading up on Cialis, and how my body is clearly reacting far more tolerant to it. Even if I 'up the dosage' a pinch it does little, if any difference.

I think I used it to heavily for the first month that I got it - which put me where I am now. And that month was about 5 months ago, so I have still been using it.

With all of that in mind, I started thinking that I had receptors that I had saturated with the Cialis ( Tadalafil: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tadalafil ) and it turns out Tadalafil or "Cialis", is in a class of medications called phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitors.

I have tried not using Cialis for a month, and to see what the difference is, but it's incomparible. So I wonder if there is a way to refresh whatever I have "done to my body" or whatever these inhibitors are.

Does anyone have any experience, advice, or hints to help?
I would like to know what I can do, to make this "magic pill" put it's spell back onto me!

Don't eat any fat or fried food before taking Cialis.
Sufficient sexual stimulation is needed for Cialis to work... it is in your mind and brain will initiate the erection. Relax and spent more time for warming up. I never miss with one that I love;always works.
When you tired to say the least, it will likely dosn't work.
You may increase the dose slightly within dose recommendation.
Eat healthy food and good supplement.
It is not 100 percent effective to all, you may change with Viagra or Levitra.

All good points. Always take the lowest dose necessary to do the trick.

    Wink

altho appropriate dosages do range from person to person.

..with all those 'facts' above, i wonder if it is just my lack of arousal that is taking it's toll on Cialis, and not my body adjusting to the frequency..

    hmm..

MORE facts are stilll needed & appreciated. I'm sure people would like to know this, in the long run.

Generally drug tolerance is cause by increased expression of the cytochrome family of enzymes in the mitochondrial and endoplasmic reticulum membranes. Their expression increases when hepatocytes or other cells involved in breaking drugs down are exposed to prolonged levels of a particular drug. This causes a drug tolerance that requires a larger dose to produce the desired effect. With time, these enzymes will decrease and normal dosages can be administered if enough time has elapsed since the last time the drug was used. There is some belief that a certain memory effect is involved and that the enzymes can quickly be built up again after secondary exposers to the drugs.

It only takes 2 - 3 days for your system to "refresh" with this drug anyway.
