hi..6'2 265lbs 19% body fat....4 weeks in to a deca only cycle 275ml..1 ml a week my nipples start to get itchy...i smoke every day too...so i quit smoking the and am 2 days late on my shot and the itchyness has stopped for the last 2 days..make any sense?

For starters, please edit your post, it's against the rules to make any reference to recreational drugs.
Why deca only? I would never run a 19nor by itself.
How long is your cycle going to be and what is your pct?

ok..10 week cycle and i could not get my hands on any test but i can now...i do not have ant pct right now on me but i can get some anytime so was not in a huge hurry to get it...do u suggest anything in particular clomid? nolva?

My recommendation would be actually removing the reference to recreational drugs, it's not like we can't tell what you are talking about.
My next recommendation would be to plan a good cycle, obtain all the elements of the cycle and pct, then run the cycle.

big's advice is solid as always, i would get your pct stuff asap and next time around have it on hand before getting started. Id stop your cycle and run pct and plan a better cycle built around some test.
