Rest is just as important as diet and training. Even if your body doesn't feel like it needs a break IT DOES. Try to shoot for atleast one day a week. I know you feel like you are hurtinig your progress (I faught with the issue for a long time, but finally gave into resting) but in the end it will benefit it more then anything else.
