    Any advantages to taking days off during HGH

    Title says it all really.

    Any advantage to having off-days when using HGH?
    Whether is were one day off per week, EOD or like a week off every 2 months.

    Any info is appreciated.

    Not really, people only have days off to save $$$ because the benefits are pretty much the same as using HGH ED. I wouldn't take a week OFF, but a 5/2 routine is fine.
