I have never found IGF that beneficial for fat loss, and certainly not beneficial for fat loss if you are bulking. As for the dose, that dose is a beginner dose which will deliver minimum benefits.

Most are happy when using 60 - 80mcg p/day, 80 - 100mcg is considered as high doses, and you are playing with big boys toys once you start taking over 100mcg daily.

IMO i think if youre taking it bi laterally pwo then it would be hard for the body to be catabolic,because if your igf is doing what its supposed to,attaching to receptors,and creating satellite cells,how are you going to lose muscle while this is happening?
