i'm actually been doing an hour of cardio 5 days a week for about 3 weeks. I use interval training and keep my heart rate high. I eat way below 3000 cals. For some reason i can't eat very much without gaining a lot of weight. I'm scheduled to go get t3 levels checked in the upcoming weeks. I actually had some clen, but did not affect me. No rise in temp, no heart rate increase, and no results. so i quit taking it after a week or so. i'm just going to eat as cleanly as i can and still lift like a beast. i'm just going to increase volume dramatically. around 225 is my goal, unfortunately to get there might cost a little muscle.
