although you could deff. consider this gross overtraining I really love my own version of one of arnolds routines.

    Flat Bench 4x8-12
    *1x4-6/Rest Pause/Rest Pause

    Incline DB 3x8-12
    *1x4-6/RP/RP

    Dips 3x10 (use body wt)

    Incline DB Fly 3x8-12
    ^3rdxF/F/F

    * this is one add. set done with a heavy wt. for 4-6 reps then you do two rest pause sets so there would be 5 total sets for the first and 4 total for the second exercise.

^ the third set is a double drop set.

NOTE: Please do not do this routine if you dont train legs. Legs come first, dont be a *****

heavy curve bar flat bench start 315 end with 405lb 4 sets of twelve to sixteen becaurefull with the shouldermy rear delt they gets tight for some reason when I do this then right into cable flies start at 70 end with 120 sets between 8 and 12. I never did the cable before and was never satified with the growth of my pects but over the last 2 months i got results finally now if the frickin calfs would come along id be most happy!

Many diff ones..However my fav way to end a workout is to set a incline bench in between the cable cross do 3-4 drop sets of flys to failure then lower to flat and repeat...Gret way to blow right out and leave the gym feeling accomplished (and hopefully a little sore)

    I love chest, good times.

    Incline barbell (12, 10, 8, 7, 4)
    Flat Dumbell (10, 8, 7, 6)
Dumbell Flies, twisting in at the top. (15, 12, 10, 8)

Sometimes I'll throw in a 15 rep set on the end of the last exercise if I'm feeling it. Love this routine, put lots of mass and strength on me.

Always changing the routine seems to help me. Weight is all bout you and noone else. Shocking the mind to muscle connection is critical.
My typical chest routine is: Barbell incline- 275 8-10 times 3.
    Barbell decline- 315 8-10 times 3
Flat bench dumbell flyes- 60 10-15 times 4
Dips- 90 added lbs 15-25 times as many as ican get. I won't stop til i can't go nomore. It's not just an attitude, it's a lifestyle.

    Week 1
    Flat db press
    Inc db press
    Decline bb bench
Incline db flys (in bold because they f*cking rock)

    Week 2
    Flat bb bench
    Inc bb bench
Inc or flat hammer strength mach
Finish up with cables or push-ups til failure

    Mix. It. Up.

    Incline bench
    6-8 reps x 4
    Flat dumbbell press
    6-8 reps x 4
    Incline dumbbell press
    6-8 reps x 4
    Flat flys
    12 reps x 4

I started really focusing on my incline bench because my flat bench was strong but my incline always seemed to be lacking. After 6-8 weeks of blasting out incline bench at the start of my workout It is impressivley strong. Couldnt even tell you what i can max on bench but i can rep 315 incline which was a huge goal for me.

Wow... whats with all the Declines... you know that Decline Bench is the last thing you should be doing for your chest right??? I guess people like it because you can do more weight as you are using your back and chest to lift the weight!!! hmm oh yeah and you don't go all the way down think about where your arms are at the bottom of your movement...

    IDK maybe I'm being critical

My favorite chest workout would have to be:

    Flat BB 5X5

    Incline DB 2X8-10

    * every third week I switch to Incline BB & Flat DB

    Super Set:
    Weighted Dips 2X8-10
    &
    Low-pulley Cross-overs 2X8-10

About to switch to Flat bench and incline db for the first two next week and try that out.
