8-11 am: 2 cups high protein kashi cereal with milk, fruit, massxxx shake, 2-3 slices toast, 3-4 eggs, ham/bacon/sausage (i know its fatty but i don't mind adding a bit), glass of grapefruit juice
12-3pm: 2 PB sandwiches, protein shake, turkey sandwich, romaine salad (i make my own dressing w/ olive oil and balsamic vinegar), usually some fast food
4-9pm: 1 glass V-8, meat dish (fish/chicken/steak), potatoes, veggies, bread of some sort, protein shake before bed
snacks: protein bars, and high protein granola
supps: flax seed oil, nitrix, multis
