twice when cutting, once when bulking. But its more of HIIT, sprint intervals. I love em tho.
I love to sprint and it does wonders for you too. To be honest though I just do not do them often anymore. I need to start back up though. What is your sprint work out like, how far and how many? and what % do you run, i.e. do you go 75%, 90%, etc. Maybe I'll copy your sprint work out.
