ive inject in my upper quad and the back of my arms...nothing special to report really the back of the arm i didnt really feel anything.(soar-ness wise) the the upper quad was a little soar but not really a big deal. i have also injected into my chest which i found to be a little trickier

HGH can be taken IM yes, so I would say injecting in your quads or anywhere else as long as it's IM would be ok.
