I feel that I can work different body parts more then once a week. Like for example,
Day 1 - Leg, Bi
Day 2 - Chest, Shoulders
Day 3 - BI,TI
off
Day 5- shoulder, Back
Day 6- ti,forearm

I do:
Mon: chest/shoulders
Tues: back/arms
Weds: legs/traps
Thurs: rest
Friday: back/arms
Sat: legs/traps
Sun: Chest/shoulders
Mon:rest
etc....
My workouts keep rotating every cycle
