I'm new to the forum but have been lurking for some time. I've been working out for four years now and am planning my first cycle soon.
Since the side effects of most AAS aren't very appealing to me (I already tend to get unclean skin and am losing hair since I'm 20), I played with the thought of doing an Oxandrolone cycle, especially when taking into consideration that it has a relatively mild side effect profiel (aside from the stress for the liver).
I've also tried using insulin for a few weeks (12IU post workout), but that didn't help me in regards to gaining mass. I did make some progress in strength, but I couldn't say that my body's looks changed considerably during that time. I was later told that Insuline is more or less useless without AAS. I still don't understand why that is so...
Anyway, I have gotten ahold of a cheap IGF and Oxandrolone source through a friend and decided it's time to hit it.
This is what I was planning to do:
1st Month:
30ug IGF ED
30mg Oxandrolone ED
12IU Insuline post workout (starting with 3IU in the beginning to see about the impact of IGF on insuline efficiency and blood sugar)
2nd Month:
30mg Oxandrolone ED
12IU Insuline post workout
Now, since I don't have much experience with the whole thing, I would be open to your recommendations. Especially in regards to PCT, I've been lots of contradictory information about which medication to choose and whether it's even necessary when doing Oxandrolone only.
