So I gained 16 lbs in 8 days. Using Creatine EE, Arginine, Beta Alanine, R-ALA, nothing crazy. Bulking, calories are at around 4,000. And I went from 173 to 189 in 8 days! Not that I'm complaining, but WTF! I have never had gains like this. I am on TRT level of Test-Cyp which keeps my test up around 800. Is there something wrong here, LOL! Thinking maybe its just a lot of water weight or possibly just bc I was coming off a Cut and my body was a little deprived of calories/carbs.
