Never tried it... looks legit to me though. There's an article on cnn talking about it being an alternative to paypal

I am not recommending them but they are legit, they charge to much if you ask me.

It was over a year ago and I used a bank card like it was a credit card and it was about a $13 charge if I recall correctly.
