ok can u recommend any brands. are there ephedrine tablets or a standard diet pill that has ephedrine in it.

yeah there are ephedrine extract tabs out there that you can get most anywhere. I am not sure if they work good or not. Do a search on here with the search button and you should find a boat load of threads about it.
