    Healthy CHINESE food?

There is this asian fusion restaurant near my house, and they list some macros on their food. The orange chicken is really good, and they have the macros listed as 305 calories,59 gramps protein, and 6 grams of fat. So I figured that 59 x4=236 cals, 6x9=54 cals. This totals 290 cals so I figure there is about 4 carbs in this 4x4=16 cals? I am unsure of this but if it is true I would get this a lot. Should I believe what they have listed? They say it is lightly breaded with a sauce, and it only have 4 carbs? I am skeptical, but what do you guys think?

I looked at menu and if that is correct go for it. Orange chicken is usually fried and covered with sugar. Panda Express orange chicken is worse than a chicken mcnuggit.

6 grams of fat doesn't sound right for chinese food. Maybe they meant 60.

haha that's what i was getting at by asking how it was cooked. chinese /= grilled.

    and about that 4-carb, 4-pro, 9-fat thing.
they are only slightly different, and they are rounded up to 4 and 9. not that big a deal.

I am pretty sure this is the only one, it is in Cranford which is in Union County so I guess its considered central Jersey.

i eat healthy chineese food all the time. All you gotta do is tell em to cook it with no sauce. You get boiled meat and veges with a side of brown rice. Throw some hot sauce and a lil soy sauce and your good to go!!!

I called today and asked how many carbs, and the lady had no idea. I am thinking there has to be more than 4 carbs in that dish, and am wondering if that restaurant can legally post false nutr. info?

Ask to speak to a manager. I'm sure he will know. If they are posting falso nutrional information, i'm sure that will be a lawsuit and a half. I'm no law guru by any means, but if a chick could sue mcdonalds for her coffee being to hot AND WINNING, i can only imagine someone sueing for that.
