lookin good man. if your chest wont build, try widening your grip on bench. the difference for me is in the concentration. if you bench without thinking your arms do the work...try to actually lift it with your chest...like your pulling your arms in with each pec...you can actually feel them being recruited and they get worked alot deeper.
regardless, lookin good man...nice base for starting a cycle you should get some wicked gains off it.
