Hi this is my first post here. I dont take any steroids or supplements besides protein shakes and im currently 6 weeks thru my fat loss diet of 12 weeks. Just wanted to post a few pics to see what you guys think.
The caption is self explanatory. I was pretty fat before the diet in February this year as you can see.
And this is me now at 90kg (the end of March this year)
For the American users, 104kg = 228.8lb, 95kg = 209lb and 90kg = 198lb
I hope to be able to see some abs at the end of this diet and 86kg would be a realistic goal. And yeah all natural it has been.
