Sup dudes,

I have low test and its been 7 months since my last PCT of just nolvadex. I ran test e 250 week 1-10 and winny week 1-6 and test p 75 EOD week 8-12.

So I ordered some liquid nolva and clomid and was just wondering whats the best way to take this stufff? Please help me out guys...this may be a rookie question but I have never used liquid before.

Do I just measure out the amount and squirt it in my mouth and swallow it? Should I take water with it or what? Please help.

Well i got an eye dropper looking thing that measures out in ml so i'm guessing that will work just fine.

But my question is how do I take this shit....like do i take it with water or what? And do I just squirt it in my mouth and swallow or do i let it sit?

Im real novice when it comes to liquids dudes sorry.

just squirt and swallow... you can chase it with something like orange juice or whatever if the taste is too bad..... i remember i had this clomid that tasted absolutely horrendous so i would squirt it on a sandwich and eat it to mask the taste.....

Oh yeah, the clomid was torture (cinnamon I think). I'd squirt it right in and then chase it with something like cranberry juice and hope I'd forget it ever happened.

yea the clomid is the worst, i just squirt it in a cup of water and drink it
