I been lifting in a football program for 4 years now, 3 years in highschool and 1 in college. Never done a cycle and never done any bodybuilding either. Allways just took off the self supplements. I am 21, 6,3" , 230 LBs.
Been thinking about doing a cycle of just test. Also goin to start the cardio pretty hard soon so i will post some progress pics. Could some of you estimate my BF and critique me if you please.
