48 grams of whey protein.
1 banana.
50g maltodextrin carb complex powder.
1 cup of pomegranate berry juice.
32 oz water.
60g protein from whey
60g Dextrose
I'm carb sensitive so this works for me...nice and simple
I switch dextrose to oats when I cut
60+ of whey
or egg whites
and oats
20oz chocolate milk
pinch of grizzly wintergreen
50g whey
50g dextrose
20g ground oats
any more than a 1:1 whey-sugar ratio tastes like drinking donut glaze to me.
whey, skim milk, oats, cottage cheese. whey+casein pwo= the best combo ever.

i thought you wanted to have simple carbs not oats??? i am on a cutting diet
