the amount that came out will be minimal...

check out using the 'z track' method... (i.e pullling the skin to the side, inject, pull needle out and release the pressure off the skin.. seals the hole)

what size needle ya using and where?

Have you ever used that method yourself? It seems like it would be hard to pull the skin and aspirate while keeping your skin pulled in another direction.

    1. Pull/hold skin with bottom of left hand

    2. insert needle with right hand very close to left hand

    3. While still holding skin with left hand, grab needle

    4. Pull plunger with right hand to aspirate

    5. use right hand to inject

    6. release needle with left handle

    7. remove needle with right handle

    8. release skin with left hand

    done and done.

EDIT: this only works well doing quad injections. I haven't figured out a good process to z-track glutes yet.

I injected in my right glute, I injected 1/2 a cc and 3 quarters. which is almost a whole CC. I just injected 1/2 cc again to make up for whatever was lost.

You probably lost .1cc each time, and just injected .5cc to cover for it.

leave a small air bubble in the chamber(you wont die) it releases the pressure from the needle being withdrawn and then seals the hole. It works everytime.
